Requirements for our team members that choose the road

We want to support each team member’s success as we keep America’s freight moving. Towards that goal, we have the following requirements of our drivers.

License

Hold a valid, active United States commercial driver’s license

Cell

Own a working cell phone for required communication

Appearance

Present a clean, well-groomed professional appearance

Equipment For Independent Owner Operators

Possess equipment able to pass a DOT safety inspection

Knowledge

Working, current knowledge of refrigerated trucking operations

Commitment

Do you offer free direct deposit payments?

Yes. There is no fee for direct deposit payments. The form is in the Carrier Packet which can be found during onboarding. Onboard here.

Do you offer Quick Pay and is there a fee?

Yes. All completed paperwork must be turned in by Monday to receive payments by Wednesday. There is a 3% fee for Quick Pay. The form is in the Carrier Packet.
